ATF's sustainability vision “"Sustainable Hospitality"” Through the ATF SHE project, which it has implemented and continues to maintain, it aims to bring young women into the sector through education. With this important step, a sustainable vision is being established not only for the present but also for the future of the sector.
What is ATF SHE?
Scholarship Program
Through the ATF SHE program, implemented in collaboration with the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), young female students receive training support in the field of tourism and hospitality, giving them the opportunity to both shape their own careers and participate in the future of the sector.
Within the scope of ATF SHE, the main objective of the program is to raise awareness in the sector and to permanently increase women's participation in the tourism industry.
Program Objectives
ATF SHE is built on three core objectives.
To provide scholarships and financial support to young women studying in the fields of tourism and hospitality.
Creating mentorship and career paths to prepare women for industry leadership roles.
Building a sustainable future for the tourism industry by increasing women's participation.
Women's Signature in Tourism
Annual Panel Session
ATF supports the participation of young women in the sector through its ATF SHE scholarship program, and each year it brings powerful female leaders in tourism to the stage, offering an inspiring perspective.
The panel will discuss the role of women in the sector, equality, social transformation, and the vision for sustainability.
Turkish Education Foundation
The Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), established in 1967, is a well-established non-governmental organization that supports education. Known for supporting successful students with limited financial resources through its scholarship programs, TEV offers scholarships at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.
